What is Healing Yoga?
Healing Yoga does not cure diseases, but it creates better conditions in the body to activate the self-healing forces. It is a specialized yoga practice aimed at achieving a deep state of relaxation. Various techniques are used to dissolve deep physical, emotional, and energetic blockages in the body. These blockages or tensions are directly stimulated through the autonomic nervous system, potentially allowing it to regain full function. Through regular practice, it is possible to increasingly shift the nervous system into the parasympathetic state, thereby allowing the body the opportunity to constantly and naturally regenerate.
Vagus Yoga
is a combination of yoga elements and exercises designed to stimulate the vagus nerve. These methods help promote vital functions of our longest nerve, such as concentration, connection, and communication. As a result, this yoga practice can also reduce stress-related symptoms
Trembling Yoga
This is a more active yoga practice. In the first phase, muscles are warmed up, built, engaged, and challenged.
In the second phase, the principles of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) are used to systematically release tensions accumulated in the body over time, targeting muscles in specific positions through the nervous system.
Hormone Yoga
Refers to the specialized hormone yoga series developed by Dinah Rodrigues and is a more tranquil yoga practice. Through the power of breath, intention, and energy direction, it activates and stimulates various hormonal glands. Through regular practice, this can gradually bring one's hormones back into balance.
